You seem to confuse between ViP and App+, those are different subscriptions and you seem to bought ViP instead of App+ since its has been no longer avalable for purchasing 1 year now Please contact Rook in pm about payment issue- 1 reply

Try creating the account in the appstore version first Possible the app required latest version to join, I could be wrong. So I will try to update the app to latest tmr so you can try

If your device is 12.2 then I know why lol, it missing iOS 14+ framework that's why it crash. So changing the version required is not working, your best chance is using non-jb for now .. -

You can try download original ipa using decryptedappstore, then custom install it via Sideloadly to remove the ios support see if it work -
