Go to the decryptedappstore and install non hacked ipa then complete tutorial first and install the hacked ipa with sodeloadly to overwrite -
No matter if you have 100 ids you can only have 3 sideload apps ON YOUR DEVICE the only way to have unlimited apps is buying paid certificate / apple dev account

Ipa to deb is possible, just simply putting gamename.app to the /Applications/ location. But imo it is useless anyway if youre jailbroken just simplu install deb cheat version -
