Did you use hacked ipa or non-hacked ipa from https://armconverter.com/decryptedappstore/us If you use hacked ipa and on iOS 18 there is an issue with gamecenter prevent connecting So imo you should try with non-hacked ipa from decrypted appstore see if you can connect

You need to install Derootifer, also check if you have odcctools on Sileo Or you can try using iGG instead on https://iosgods.com/repo to install deb (this step does not required odcctools) If still not work I would suggest you use non-jb ipa instead and install it with Trollstore
