It's a known issue with Sideloadly, it does work fine with App+ I guess it's compression issue. I will update and recompress the file at the end of month

Probably they detect the ipa is modified, you can use the jb version

I hacked this on v3.5.1 but sadly they patched it on latest version, you also no longer can downgrade
