Rook need to manual approve the payment so you need to wait him online. Maximum wait time is 24 hours

If you followed the tutorial you won’t ask this question. And yes it does work on iOS 11+ Your device is iP6 it maybe the problem cause it’s maybe too old and weak now

You can try reading recomended post for solution from here I tried and it work for me, you can also try using vpn because win10 has connectivity issue for some apps Anyway Rook is working on that to solve it for good
