Just use default option in Sideloadly. I don't have apple dev account to test gamecenter, but some user said after you sideloaded the app, find that app bundle id in your developer account page and enable the entitlements Or you can create and export a developer certificate with gamecenter entitlements enabled and then use with Feather app to install app directly on your device https://github.com/khcrysalis/Feather/releases

You cannot change to the default bundle id, just use .xx even game center will work too If not then you need to check your developer acc by enabling gamecenter entitlements

Try using Sideloadly to see if this is IPA issue or not. If not then smth is wrong with your cert and esign

I dont think so, each UDID should tight to 1 email toget notification and purchase receipt. Anyway it's not big deal or affect your UDID at all, instead of waiting for email you can just go to install.iosgods.com and try to install. If you can't then it not activated yet, try again later maybe few days depend on Apple

You should report to the cheat author inside cheat topc if the ipa crash are specific not all apps
