If you mean sideload unlimited apps on device then you should get paid apple developer account on https://developer.apple.com/ Or find yourself a paid certificate reseller which is cheaper but no guarantee it will be long time use

Server-sided games cannot be modded, especially anything related to the game currencies

Still works fine for me. It maybe buggy for some devices idk why, not for me on palerain rootless and dopamine Game update quite frequently so check game version and cheat version mus matched. Also install & inject cheat via iGG may solve some issue

Cheat already included, if it not work then it is your device / jb problem. Uninstall / turn off any jb bypass tweak for the game
