I just tried and dont think you can save. Once you delete the modded app and download newest one from the appstore the data is gone even with social login (fb / line) I also tested with trollstore and overwrite modded app with latest version from the appstore, data still there (great) but you cannot upload the save progress to the game cloud (they detect suspicious activity) -
Game required gamecenter to login, if you use free sideload it may not work

Free apple sideloading doesnt allow to use gamecenter / apple login This has nothing to deal with the cheat. this is Apple policy

You dont need to create multiple fb acc to test, that is too much work. Use guest account system, if it get banned use Apps Manager to clear dara and use Crane Lite tweak to create new keychain / containers for the game so you dont need to worry about creating new acc every ban I will see if I can update tmr
