Sideloaded app cannot buy real iAP due to Apple security policy You need to install original appstore version if you want to buy iAP, and just install the modded app as duplicated, you can do that by changing bundle id, for example your game bundle is com.google.youtube, change it to com.google.youtube.iOSGodsCom -
