I dont think so, each UDID should tight to 1 email toget notification and purchase receipt. Anyway it's not big deal or affect your UDID at all, instead of waiting for email you can just go to install.iosgods.com and try to install. If you can't then it not activated yet, try again later maybe few days depend on Apple

You should report to the cheat author inside cheat topc if the ipa crash are specific not all apps

idk I never has any issue with fb login in sideloaded apps. Literally 0 case in hundred apps I tested

As long as you login via fb you can retrieve your save file anytime, even with modded ipa. Unless that modded ipa is outdated and save file will conflicted each other So in your case if you need only the cheat engine editor you can DIY by download the non-modded latest ipa from here https://armconverter.com/decryptedappstore/us/Asphalt 8 and inject the cheat engine into IPA with Sideloadly, to get the deb cheat engine download from here http://iosgods.com/igg
