This is a known issue on Mac apps. We still working on resolving the issue

App+ and ViP are different subscription. You can't download app that required ViP because you don't have ViP Subscription, only App+ subscription

If you registered correctly then all info is in the app, telling you what to do next. Based on your screenshot your have successfully enrolled to App+ and it should work once you see App+ is active when visit App+ Membership Info https://app.iosgods.com/store/more-info

I don't think App+ has auto renew

You can use Sidelloadly to inject deb into IPA. If you plan on injecting cheat that was built for jb only, it will not work

If you see that message that mean your App+ is activated. Make sure that you install app on the device that you registered with UDID If you used App+ before you need to switch to new version https://iosgods.com/topic/204951-how-to-import-your-existing-iosgods-app-membership-upgrade-to-app-30/

Once the udid is Registered there is no way to switch
