You can get the IPA from here https://armconverter.com/decryptedappstore/us Download the iAP deb file in the topic above. Open Sideloadly advanced settings and you will know what to do

If you mean sideload unlimited apps on device then you should get paid apple developer account on https://developer.apple.com/ Or find yourself a paid certificate reseller which is cheaper but no guarantee it will be long time use -
