STEP 5: Enter your Apple Account email when prompted, then press “Start.” You’ll then be asked to enter your password. Go ahead and provide the required information. STEP 6: Wait for Sideloadly to finish sideloading/installing the hacked IPA. If there are issues during installation, please read the note below. STEP 7: Once the installation is complete and you see the app on your Home Screen, you will need to go to Settings -> General -> Profiles / VPN & Device Management. 1. Nope, free apple id also work, use Cydia Impactor 2. If you install directly on iosgods app, you won't need to resign every 7 days. Sometimes apple revokes our certificate, when that happen we will let user download the ipa and install through cydia impactor while we get the new certificate 3. I don't understand this question

I recommended not using the ipa file and use directly install, I just tested and works fine without problem. Or you can try with new simply piano account

You must be de downloaded malware app from fake website, iosgods app doesn't offer download ipa option unless certificate is revoked, right now it doesn't
