Google servers was so bad the past 6 hours, you can try it again right now. I'm 100% You all get in that mistake : If you are suing a google account, make the ptcusername & ptcpassword value empty. And the opposite thing goes for the ptc account.

Since you are using a google acc : You should keep the google Email + Password And remove the : value="PtcUsername" /> And value="PtcPassword" /> And keep them empty like this or just write x : value="" /> OR value="x" />

For better result i highly recommend to delete the ptsusername + Password value, to make it empty. No sure, but it be because of the google servers are down somehow for bot atm, But the Ptc working perfectly.
