When I try to open cydia it show up errors like i)Encountered a section with no packages: Header ii)you may want to run apt-get update to coorect these prolem.. some times cydia ask me to upgrade.., but i can't upgrade...

I download pangu latest version and try to jailbreak my device.. Bt pangu app show error like "make sure that you have proper Internet connection" bt i have internet connection... I tried restar t system, block the firewall,stoped anti virus program and closed itunes too bt nothing changes.. Please help me to fix this... thanx in advance...
