does this have to be run on a jailbroken ios device? because my device is not jailbroken and it is also on ios 13.3, is there a way to decrypt the itunes ipa in windows and then sideload it to my device with impactor?

I am a vip member and i am trying to use the "sign your own app" feature so that i may install a duplicate app on my phone, i have downloaded the ipa from itunes, and uploaded it to dropbox. whenever i try to install it to my phone i get an error message saying "something went wrong while signing this app. Please try again later. If the issue persists, ask for support on iosgods" is there anyone that knows any way around this? i have also tried to install the app via impactor by changing the bundle id in plist settings but that does not work either due to a signing error. i am able to use impactor due to being a enrolled in apples paid dev program. if someone can help me with this and provie a work around so that i can get the duplicate app installed that would be greatly appreciated.

watched a tut on utube and figured it out. thanks, also does anyone know how to install duplicate apps on iphone using cydia impactor, i am trying to install the default 8ball pool as well. i am a registered apple dev in the paid membership therefore impactor does work for me. the tut on this website does not work when trying to install dup apps using impactor.

this does not work, you will always run into some sort of error, or get stuck on preflighting application. from my understanding there is some sort of signing issue that is preventing the app from being signed and installed and i have not figured out a way to get around this. if anyone else has please let me know.
