I installed appstore++,held the cloud,nothing happened

Hi guys,I'm using the H3lix jailbreak on my iPad 4 iOS 10.3.3.a game caused it to crash and when I tried to kickstart it wouldn't work,and me being stupid I followed some bad advice and reset all settings and of course lost my jailbreak,I've managed to get cydia up and running again but when I try to add tweaks like locallappstore etc it keeps giving me errors about " trying to overwrite library mobile substrate/dynamic libraries which is also in package.com saurik patchy1.20" I've tried manually installing cydia substrate,preference loader and substrate safe mode but no luck. I should have just asked you guys in the first place,any help would be very much appreciated.

I have a Canadian App Store account as well as others but it still says it's not available when I'm logged into it lol

Which App Store is this available in? It says it's available in Canadian store but when I go to Canadian store it says it isn't

The VIP hack is 64bit so I'm guessing this one is too?

It works in a strange way,when you use local AppStore and you get the message"the purchase receipt does not appear current.Would you like to refresh? When it does that just keep pressing yes then cancel,the gems don't show up until you quit quit game and go back in,so it does work im on iOS 8.4 Helix jailbreak

Is this hack for 64bit only? Reason I ask is because i insisted hack but nothing shows up in my settings. ios 10.3.3 helix jailbreak
