no he dont need You still can get the sponserschip. Go to underground races. Make sure you see 30 gold for refill. Then edit it to 0. And tap left corner to go to main screen normal you see then 200 golds pop up. And you need to edit it before redeem. No new acc needed

if you do the steps you schould get sponsor 200 gold. But start whit the edits on the underground races screen others it crash. tap there + buttom and search 30 and edit it to 0. Then go back to main menu you schould see sponsorschip
