When you create an Apple ID using one store, changing to another country store and downloading the app is not allowed. Meaning if you create using US Store, you are only allowed to download from US Store. The downside is, even if you change your store to let's say, UK. You will require a credit card and after changing, you are only allowed to download UK apps which is still useless AF. Solution? 1. Create a new Apple ID and choose "Philippines" as your country option. Dont forget, you need to fill the info (address) correctly like in Philippines. Use Google for that. 2.
