I've had this exact issue and the only way I could fix it was to restore RootFS but that was in unc0ver. For old jailbreaks, Im not sure if you can do that. But the solution I can suggest is this: When I encountered this, I had to restore and rejailbreak. I couldn't find any solutions for that error. Source:
