You can try now, the cheat for premium choice was spend to gain my bad. Now you can go unlock pictures for free to gain some gems then spend those for choices.

If you want to efficiently do hacking, you need a jailbroken device. Otherwise, the essential part of IDA hacking which is to crack an application, that itself you cannot do on your own. So, you have to ask someone to crack the app for you every time you want to hack However, if you don't want to do hacking but play games, you can get a newer one but if you cannot jailbreak, means you can't use Jailbroken mod menu cheats. Leaving only Non jb ones which are limited in number and feature. It is up to you I guess at the end of the day. Cost effectively, I suggest iPad Mini 4 as I use it myself. Don't consult me on these devices, I don't have the slightest clue which can be jailbroken

I would suggest first to check whether the iPad you want to get supports any type of jailbreak. Then make the decision whether you would prefer an iPad or iPhone for these kind of stuff. Ultimately, you need a jailbroken device for learning to hack so it's pointless to get one that doesn't support a jailbreak
