I believe anything (that is good) becomes unhealthy when consumed too much. If you are a casual gamer that only plays few hours per week, I don't see that much of an issue. For your chunkiness, you might want to get your diet correct better fast every Monday & Thursday or eat salads regularly without sweets, soda, etc. next to it tho
