The ban is dependent on the game devs. As long as u can use ur facebook / social profile to play, i think u can transffer But if your device is jailbroken, you need the hack to bypass the jailbreak detection

Yeah, it seems to be a new type of detection No clue at the moment for bypass so you will suffer until a bypass is found ETA: 404 Error
