I don't know the meaning of "thoes" but did you try "Flex" tweak? You can download tweaks or you can make tweaks. But I didn't make tweak, can you try it?

I solved this problem and edited my post, but thanks for your idea.

I jailbreaked again. I opened Cydia. It was preparing file system. Then my iDevice rebooted. Now I can't find my AppStore, Cydia, FaceTime, GameCenter icons. I tried "Restoring home screen layout" but it didn't work. Edit : I found solution. Download Cydia Substrace http://apt.saurik.com/cydia/debs/mobilesubstrate_0.9.6101_iphoneos-arm.deb And download iTools or iFunbox for your PC/Mac. Go to the var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall and paste this Cydia Substrace file. Then reboot your iDevice I'm very happy, I solved this problem myself

I know. I'm going to Jailbreak again. And I won't install a lot tweaks, only a few.

It says "Jailbreak Failed" again, I was hoping that I will use Cydia, but Cydia (or icon) was unseen again. Results; My iDevice is jailbroken but I don't have Cydia (or icon). If I reboot my iDevice, most of applications aren't opening. If I jailbreak, Pangu says "Jailbreak Failed", Cydia (or icon) is unseen but I can use applications again. My friend is going to give me his laptop after 2 hours. I'm going to try restoring with iTunes.

I pressed "Restore" button but tweak crashed. I pressed "Re-install Cydia" button and my Cydia removed! I opened Pangu and I saw that my JB removed. I tried opening Safari, Calculator etc. and they crashed. I'm jailbreaking now. It seems I need a new computer so I can use iTunes for restoring. I can't restore my iPhone without iTunes. Thanks to all. @@DiDA you can lock the topic.

I can't install SemiRestore because my .NET Framework version isn't enought for it. I found a tweak called "BetterSemiRestore". I'm trying restore now.

It says "You must update your iTunes." I tried "redsn0w" too, but it isn't accepting IPSW. Now, I should ask from my friends for their computers. I tried deleting all tweaks. But I didn't delete some tweaks, Cydia says that " This isn't safe. Do you want continue?" I was so angry that I thought deleting "Cydia Installer" It didn't work too.

I'm rebooting my iPhone 4 (7.1.2) and Cydia,Safari,Calculator,Weather,Whatsapp and all of tweaks aren't opening. I can't see my tweaks in Settings,So, I'm jailbreaking and Pangu gives an error "Jailbreak failed". These applications working after that, but if I try reboot, Cydia and other things are crashing again. How can I solve this problem?
