I know this is a bit of an old comment but to anybody who has also ran into this issue, was unable to complete the quest with Henrik Seven-Swords, and can't install the unmodded game to complete the quest (i.e. region-locked), you can just restart the game when prompted to do a charged attack and it will automatically skip the part.

Thanks, it still works but you will only meet other players with hacks. For those who say it doesn't, make sure the hacked .plist file get replaced in Preferences.
