Working on 9.0.2 Ordered 2k likes last night, realised they had been fulfilled today although now it's throwing a message saying they are unable to fulfil large orders right now and to choose the smallest amount - I'll give it a day or so but yeah you need to delete and reinstall the app everytime you buy coins otherwise it will throw the unacceptable request message.
