Try UDID Faker from cydia. It might not work since most apps don't use UDID to link to your device anymore I think. Some use the app's advertising ID to track you, you can try and remove it by going to : Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Reset Advertising Identifier If that doesn't work, try slices.

LocalIAPStore doesn't work on most games anymore. You can't always rely on it.

Have you tried googling the error?

Just go somewhere that gives you free access to a computer and download itunes. Unless you don't get out of your house lol
