As title says I can download apps but the icon stay grey even after they’ve been installed and if I tap nothing happens and I can’t find the certificate to trust. It’s almost like the app installation is stucked. Am I the only one with this problem? I tried to delete apps and reinstall, I tried both installing by web app and by forums and eventually I tried to inizialize my device but nothing I always get the same problem. I’m using an Air 2 with iOS 12.4 Thanks in advance
