Interesting indeed. I would suggest to remove the Hack, Re-Download,Re-Install It. [To Remove, Cydia>Installed>Recent] After installation, respring your iDevice. When it turns on check the Settings (If only there is a Summoners War Hack Option Available) and turn it on. If not; go straight into the game and try it again. Let me know if that works.

Maybe you stacked up alot of .deb files or hacks up in your phone that you have installed but never discarded the installers away. That could be one reason. How much is music taking? Another option you can try is going into Cydia>Storage Information.
