NDS4iOS still has its license. There are different hosts. iNDS on the other hand cannot be downloaded if you are not Jailbroken.

I tried downloading iNDS a number if times and i have lost count. It keeps giving an installation error. Same with GBA4iOS.

I have tried the date trick by changing it to 2014 or 2012 but still nothing. Please help.

You can't right now. Apple has revoked its license. Unless you are Jailbroken.

Yes, then get IPA Installed from Cydia and use the Force Install Option on the IPA.
