Doesn't count when we buy it. They say it's a "own responsibility", and we've all agreed to it. What do i do if something is wrong with the hardware? If it's not my fault or / im willing to pay, i can get my school to send it back to where we bought it for reparation pretty cheap.

Hey guys, so i've had this laptop for like 3-4 months. It's my school computer, and as far as i know, it has pretty good specs. Classmates can run skyrim on this smoothly, but i can barely use it.. everytime on launch, it takes less than a minute, and it sounds like my pc is about to blow up.. ._. I may have had a few viruses, and overran the pc a few times, but idk if its a way to fix this from the computer? Or do i have to replace something? if yes, what? My pc gets overheated very easy, and it takes as much as only loading a site before my pc fan makes seriously much noise.. Any help? I may go to the School pc / tech reparation service, but they need a proper explanation on how this has happened lol. Saying i have overrun it wont help very much, so i consider that as the last resort. Thanks guys, any help is appreciated. I need help, because having my laptop on my lap is uncomfortable, because it's too hot And its my freaking school computer! i need to have it for another 2 and a half years

Okay, so first, i'd like to mention that im writing this for my gf lol. We both have a jailbroken iPhone, but she seems to have more issues than i do. So i was wondering if you guys knew how to fix the few issues below: She has iphone 6, iOS 9.0.2 1. First thing that sometimes happens to her, is that the phone randomly restarts at night. Sometimes also restarting springboard when opening snapchat (She's using phantom, but i do too, and i dont experience this issue) 2. Her phone contacts suddenly "disappear" When e.g i call her sometimes, it just shows the number, not my name registered in contacts. 3. Her movie box doesn't always wanna download movies, sometimes it stops downloading, and wont continue. May be because she has downloaded like 20 movies on her phone, so we're transferring it to a computer now. Hoping it'll fix it. Any help is appreciated!
