Help/Support Sign in problem in Safari on iPad

Hi, I have similar issue of cannot sign in on ipad Safari, also shows "You did not pass the security check. Please try again". But i can both sign in form PC of Android Device in the same network environment with similar username & password. I have tried to reset Safari Cache in Settings. but it's not work. thank you very much. -
