Nothing really, I Just want to color and font text. but dont want to mix it with the HTML code. there is nothing wrong with the code, its just that i dont know how to connect them.(CSS and HTML)

So I am making a super simple HTML file as in "training". When I made a HTML file i wanted to add CSS code without typing the CSS code inside the HTML code, as in doing. <link href="#" rel="stylesheets" type="text/css" But I dont know how... I did a file and called it styles.css and made it. (typed the css code inside styles.css). <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheets" type="text/css" That didnt work either, I even tried posting the hole link in href but it didn't work either. Any ideas? If you anyother program for better and easier coding feel free to link me. i am using notepad++. Thank you.

That's right, effective power is back, and this time better than ever. I'm not going to sit here and type what it does, but it basically revokes you from using your Apple Messages app, now if you want to watch the video, please do so, I'm not the best at explaining this.
