I also ran into the game crashing issue on iOS 9. Either the hack or binary isn't compiled for iOS 9. I tried thinning the binary, signing the binary, even downgrading my substrate however nothing resolved the issue. I'm still not sure of a work around yet. iOS 9 seems to cause a lot of issues with some hacks I think. Maybe @@Mayaxaya can somehow make it work for iOS 9. I can confirm it works flawlessly on iOS 8 though.

I think the save is linked to your Game Center account. If you want to back-up the save first, copy the Documents folder before deleting the game. 1. Delete the game. 2. Log out of Game Center. 3. Using iFile/Filza/iFunbox check the Documents folder from the game directory has been deleted (This is where the save is usually stored.) 4. Reinstall the game. 5. Should start new.

Unfortunately not . 1. Removed hack via Cydia. 2. Deleted the main app. 3. Updated substrate, then resprang. 4. Installed app via iTunes - and then ran game updates. 5. Installed hack. 6. Game still crashes on start up. I tried on my old iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.3 with latest substrate and everything went perfect, so must be a iOS 9.0.2 / iPhone 6S Plus issue. Oh well, thanks for the advice Dida

Do you mean reinstall the game and hack whilst still on Substrate 0.9.6000 or upgrade Substrate and then reinstall?

According to a bit of googling, if the photos were from the Photo Stream originally then they can't be recovered via iCloud. iCloud only recovers photos from the Camera Roll... Aren't Photo Stream pictures usually also present in the Camera Roll? Not sure if you use PC or Mac, but Mac has the program called iPhoto/Photos which sometimes stores past pictures and can help you recover them. Also which iOS version is your old 5th Gen iPod on? I forgot to mention if you use same Apple ID for all iDevices then sometimes the pictures are shared across those devices under Photo Stream. Maybe check out any other devices to see if some are there? Yet another edit, have you tried any of the 3rd party recover programs? iMobie PhoneResuce boasts it can recover from Photo Stream: It is obviously your choice if you choose to try the program - it requires a license... but I'm sure you can "source" one from the internet...

Hi, So recently I've been trying to get the Soul Seekers hack to work on iOS 9.0.2. I tried thinning the binary with the help of this forum, thank you . However, it didn't resolve the issue. After some more reading of comments and Dida's post about "Troubleshooting "Non-Working" Hacks & Cheats" I saw that sometimes the Cydia Substrate version can cause issues for one reason or another. The most current version is 0.9.6110 and I have the option to downgrade to 4 others (v0.9.5101 doesn't work with iOS 9). I have tried all versions of Substrate. 0.9.6110, 0.9.6101, 0.9.6011, 0.9.6010 all cause the game to crash at startup when the hack is installed. However, v0.9.6000 loads the game fine with the hack. That said, the hack doesn't actually work, I checked it was enabled in Settings and Resprung my device too. My questions are as follows: 1. Can the hack be altered to include backwards compatibility with Substrate v0.9.6000? 2. Why would the earlier version of the Substrate work but not the later ones? I'm not sure if I can mention @Mayaxaya here? As it is their hack, and considering this is a support issue I can't PM. If I'm not allowed to mention here please edit it out. Thank you.

Re-cracked with Clutch, Rasticrac still gives me the "empty RastDecryted" error, so unable to try that version. However, I uploaded the Clutch binary file to Binary Tools Online and it also gave an error. Guess I'm not destined to use this hack, oh well best play the game properly.

My questions were: Does anyone have any other suggestions about resolving the issue of getting a black screen after applying the .deb. And, if someone else who runs the game thins their binary, is it possible for me to use that version.

Hi, I'm currently on iPhone 6S Plus iOS 9.0.2 Jailbreak. Yesterday I downloaded the Soul Seekers .deb file. Upon installing it, the game starts with a black screen and crashes. Some other users also reported this happening. From reading the comments DiDA suggested to try thinning the binary in order to get it to work. I followed the topics that he linked, by downloading all necessary programs. But to no avail, I tried both Clutch2 and Rasticrac. With Clutch I managed to get it to dump the ipa into Payload. However, when trying to thin the binary file I get this error: I also tried thinning it via http://armconverter.com/binarytools/ but that also failed. Next I tried Rasticrac: Dumping seemed successful: And the binary seemed to thin successfully, however after replacing the binary the game still crashed. I deleted the app, installed again from iTunes, ran the game to update all the files then exited. I reloaded Rasticrac to try once more but got presented with this error: I'm not sure how to resolve this issue. Any other suggestions are welcome. Also, is it possible if someone else who uses this app and the .deb thins their binary and then I use their thinned version? Thanks in advance, chandy10
