when i tried to log in IOS ask me for the usename and the password. i put the ones of the first post and IOS ask me to enter them again -

Yes dida, i've tried the trobleshooting steps and still doesnt work, put the data in the wifi settings under manual and the user name and pass, tried to connect via tunnel bear. still no luck. -
