nope, this has been occuring ever since my sis gave me her phone, happened both unjailbroken and jailbroken, didnt work in ios8 or ios9. i have no tweaks that would interrupt the volume.

no volume hud when i press the volume buttons, and when it does theres no bar or anything. same goes for cc too

idk how to enter safe mode

my apps wont open for some reason. when i click on them, it just goes to either a white or black screen, then freezes for a couple of seconds then exits. i cant even open cydia to uninstall whatever could be causing it, and ive tried everything from respring to rebooting.
