Hi, Whenever I search “The Sims Mobile, Sims Mobile, Sims, Sim, “ I am not locating any threads on the forum, but I am able to search “Sim” on the mobile app and locate this. I wanted to leave a comment on the thread requesting update as the game is now on version 17.0.2. Is there a reason I am not getting results when searching for these things or has the thread moved? I have found some older threads if I search the words “sims” only, but none of which are to the first photo I put into this support inquiry. I am thinking there is maybe an indexing issue or maybe they are not tagged - maybe the app and the forum have separate search capabilities? In short - What’s the best way to request an update for this app? Also, if you noticed I made a mistake in my efforts to request by other means than this post could you please elaborate on how to do so! Thanks in advanced, Kevin Tylor

@Zahir I was unable to have the hack work successfully. I tried yesterday and when I cancelled my in-app purchase it did not add the donuts. Today, I uninstalled and re-installed the app. When I attempted again the app started crashing I could not get past the initial loading screen without crashing. Update: Nevermind. After exhausting all of the donuts I already had then the hack started working. Sorry about that!

@Laxus The timer is working like normal. I’ve closed and re-opened. I’ve also uninstalled and re-installed. Any suggestions? Also, the app is not doing the IosGods login or showing the hack like other apps or like the video in description.

@Laxus here is a video of the stuck on loading screen - then what I did to resolve it. Maybe this will help the others that are stuck on the loading screen as well. Tested on IPad Pro (2019), IPhone XS, IPhone XS, and IPhone XS Max - all on iOS 13.3. Click [ Here ] to visit video upload. Video not loading? Follow these steps if you’re stuck on loading screen: Step One: Ensure app is closed (force close the app). Step Two: Enable airplane me: Make sure you are not connected to internet at all Step Three: Open app, then press try again once or twice and wait for blue loading bar to progress. Step Four: Toggle off airplane mode / enable internet connection Business as usual after this - the game & hack should load/work after that. ** Keep in mind Playrix is not found of ‘cheaters’ and does have cheating detection, so use with caution and play as normal as much as possible **

I finished the tutorial. Made it to level five. I uninstalled the app - then used cydia impactor to put the modded app on my iPad. The game requests to log into IOSGods. Then it says "Granted tap here to start hack" - which I do. All in the meanwhile, the app is still "loading" in the background. Whether I engage, or I don't, the result is the same the game will not progress past the loading screen. However - if I turn off all internet connection. Then wait for to get past loading screen - then reconnect to internet it seems to work! Thank you!
