That would be why I asked that very question several days ago, and was told which the 35 dollars I paid that I would get access to the app. And if anyone had really looked into my issue the first three times I asked the same question you could have corrected me then so thanks for all the frustration and then you condescending final answer. This is the fourth time I am trying to get help. I purchased the app+ vip subscription, got the confirmation email (so you have the correct address) but did not get the email with the download link. So I dug into it and found out where to install it from on my own, I downloaded the profile and attempted to install. BUT the welcome screen in replace with a message that says Sorry but your device is not (yet) activated create a support topic so we can look into this. I have to assume you are not really reading this because you would not keep sending me the same automated reply as a solution. I don’t want a refund I want the vip app. $34 isn’t a ton of money but I would like to get what I paid for

I keep getting this same reply and I’m trying to explain I have done all that and it says you, the admins, need to activate my device. Just send me the email

Hi I am trying to download the vip+ app but my device needs to be activated. I have already used the link that it in your automated reply because I have already asked this question, but again, it keeps telling me my device is not yet activated. Is there anything I can do to help get this resolved? Thank you

Hi I subscribed to the vip+ And I did receive the payment confirmation email but I didn’t receive the email with the link for the app. I found the url in another posted topic but when I tried to install the app it said my device wasn’t activated. Could I please get that email. Thank you

Thank you for your reply. Ok I got that far and now after I attempt to instal I am stoped with a notification that says “experiencing server busy”. It has been saying that for several hours now so I’m not sure if that’s normal. I’m sure you get bothered with these same questions a lot so I appreciate your help. Thanks
