Hmm what happens when you try to buy something? it's most likely the iOS version but I have a theory of why it's not working.

IAPCrazy is good, but it somehow manages to give you ads EVERYWHERE on your phone, I downloaded it and I started getting video ads in clash of clans, Kik, snapchat, even flappy bird.
