Was wondering if there was an app that can grab a url from a video being streamed to my iPhone? eg. If I was watching a sports stream from a live TV app

This may seem like a stupid question but if i had a VPN installed on my phone and I switched the VPN ip to my home country, will I still get charged for international call and data roaming?

Sorry should have explained a bit more. I'm looking an app with live UK sport and general sky UK channels! I have movie box form this great site and this other site for shows http://ishows.tv. Thanks for all your help DiDa

Sorry basically http://www.mobdro.com searches the web for live streams to play on android devices. I have it for my galaxy tab 2. Live TV with all sorts of categories like movies shows sports gaming etc. there's a link above to check out for android
