I found a cracked version of it, and it works. But the other games and other in-app unlockable things remain locked. Could someone please unlock the in-app games and such?

This might be a stupid question, but I have to ask. When it says: - Drag & drop .IPA support- Change minimum iOS version- Remove restriction on supported devices does it mean one would be able to install a 32-bit abandoned app (app that only works on 10.3.3 and below) onto an iDevice running 11 and higher?
