Hey, well I've been reading around and looks like there is no way to downgrade ios 9.1 since apple stoped singing 9.0.2. I have read of a few methods for older devices. Might be a dead end but wanted to ask here as well, anyway to downgrade it/ jailbreak it? Thanks for reading.

I've ahd that same problem, i had to turn off find my phone and disable passcode. Hope it helps.

I did it yesterday with two phones running IOS 9.1 and 9.2 beta 3. Had no problem inserting saves for fallout shelter and bitcoin billionair. I used Ibackupbot for windows.
