For some reason, when I try to access the site from my wifi, it doesn't let me. The only way I can be in the site is if I use my Data. Any fix, or does my wifi just suck?

I restored twice using iTunes and Cydia stayed there along with pangu

As everyone is saying, cydia is crashing, and DiDA says to restore, so of course having this problem, I restore. The Pangu app and cydia is still there and I cant remove. Anyone at least know how to fix the cydia issue?
