Maybe you can somehow set an Activator gesture to go into Safe Mode for example?
If you had Activator installed, of course.
Sadly, I don't...
I can close the callbar and open the upper notification center with touch.

Try Jailbreaking, then go into Safe Mode so you can uninstall CallBar.
How would i do that.(mind i can only use buttons)
Do a hard respring: Hold the Home- + Powerbutton for about 15 seconds until the screen turns black and the Apple logo appears
This just gets rid of jb like i said before if i re-jailbreak same thing happens.

So i installed callbar which should be supported, but i clicked test call now im stuck at the home screen like someone is calling and i cant move (touch doesn't work) and im wondering if i can do anything rather than restore and lose everything?

entered my gmail and pass also promped to enter code for device google... will see, now is working, i will let them work and will report back details...try restarting, maybe it didn't sync, I've leveled 2x29.

PTC servers are down.
Got Null Reference and can't connect using both phone and bot. My other acc logins just fine. Did I get banned?

This is a precompiled (just run and go) pokemon go bot which includes the features of many other bots as it was merged in one.
Features:
-Farm Pokestops
-Catch Pokemon
-Transfer Pokemon
-Refresh token support. (for google auth)
-Login with PTC
-Login with Google
-Hatch Eggs
-Evolve Pokemon

How to install:
1. Download and extract the newest release
2. Edit external.config:
3. Change AuthType to "Google" or "Ptc"
4. If using "Ptc", change username and password to your login
5. Change DefaultLatitude and DefaultLongitude to the GPS coords of your liking
6. Change language to "english" or "german"
7. Change transfertype to "none"/"cp"/"leaveStrongest"/"duplicate"/"all"
none = does not transfer
cp = transfer all under a set cp
leaveStrongest = only leaves the strongest pokemon
All = transfers all your pokemons 
duplicate = removes all duplicates (keeps the one with the highest cp)
8. If using "cp", change TransferCPtreshold to your liking
9. Change EvolveAllGivenPokemons to "true" or "false"
10. Run the bot 
(If you don't know how to do that, Double-click on the file called "PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console.exe". If you don't see a file ending with .exe, Look for a file "PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console" that says "Application" under Type).

it is f you use it by it self. Try using it with a Pokemon teleport hack and walk around. You will defenetly catch whatever Pokemon you want.
Bro no offense but its user submited... They already saw about 14 mewtwos... I posted a site which uses pokemons api to show you live pokemons nearby, it works miracles compared to this.
This is absolute bullshit...
i followed all the steps and after i run the PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console.exe, it said "PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console has stopped working." there are two opstion "debug" and "close program"

How to prevent softban :
Never jump from one coordinate to another, if at all jump between GPS Positions within the same city or area but never jump city to city or even to another country.
Decide for each day where you want to be 2-3 days in Sydney then wait few hours (when you sleep) and change the GPS Pos when you start again BEFORE you start the Pokemon Go App.
This is a quite good prevention against softban.
But as always these things could get you banned in long-term since Niantic will do something against this in few weeks.

PTC Login Instructions :
· Get Visual Studio 2015 (Any version works)
· Download the ZIP and exctract it from the link provided.
· Inside the ZIP folder that you just extracted you will find a .sln file. Open that.
· When you've got Visual studio open right click the PokemonGO.RocketAPI.Console and set as startup project.
· Next up you set the Latitude and Longitude of the place where you wanna farm (It's gonna cover a huge area around those coordinates) You can do this through Google maps. ( THIS WILL HAVE TO BE MODIFIED INSIDE SETTINGS.CS THROUGH VISUAL STUDIO)
· Now we've gotta setup Pokemon Club login as I haven't figured Google Login out yet. If you dont have a Pokemon Club account you should start afresh and create one over at The Official Pokémon Website | Pokemon.com | Explore the World of Pokémon
· Inside the File where we edited Longitude and latitude we gotta change our login info also. Edit PtcUsername to your username andPtcPassword to your password. (POKEMON TRAINER CLUB)
· We are done! press ctrl + F5 to compile and run.
