Unless you had some kind of cloud or local save, you will have to start again. The app has to be re downloaded and signed with a new ID etc.

I’ve seen this a few times, sometimes a few full app restarts (fully close the app down and remove from multitasking) sometimes it takes a few phone restarts

As soon as I installed the hack, I'd click on the game icon and it would crash straight away, and if I delete the hack through Cydia the game continues to crash, am I going wrong somewhere? I really appreciate the hack thank you. I have a jailbroken iphone 6s ios 9.1
