Try install it via ifile

Remove hack and every thing you download it for the game and use iCleaner

you need to uninstall cydia tweaks 1 by 1 and see if it happen or not this will take a lot of time I know so if you have a lot of tweaks you don't need it take screenshot for the important for you and uninstall cydia substrate then see if it stop crashing or not. If you have theams for anything (icons/keyboard/etc) delete it first and see
