I'm pretty sure this is a private server like UCS. Basically what it means is that you connect to your own server instead of SuperCell's Server. That is why battles and clans don't work. THIS WILL CONNECT TO YOUR PRIVATE SERVER, NOT SUPERCELL'S SERVER.
