How can i extract a list of my tweaks or should i upload them to a filehoster?

I got xmod, flex2 and xcon installed. I deinstalled a lot of instagram tweaks i tried out. Still crashing the apps. I also tried deinstalling xcon but then the apps and Facebook dont work 8ball pool, simspons and iron knights is starting but doesnt connect to the game.

So i wanted to try out some Hacks and play some games with it. But unfortanetly they just dont start .. I see the Logo of the Games and then they Crash. I got an iphone 6 with ios 8.4 and xcon installed. Simpsons: Tapped Out, summoner war, 8Ball Pool, age of sparta and some more games just crash. Do you guys know a solution? Do you need more information about my idevice ? Please help me! Thanks!
