I know this is old but I downloaded the same zenonia hacks. My cydia kept getting a http error and I couldn't view any packages so I couldn't delete it. Luckily I had ifile so I went to where my tweaks were located in ifile and deleted through there which fixed my problem. That package should be reported.

For people having trouble with the read write and execute. After pasteing and overwriting the extracted file into zenonia.app using ifile, scroll down and find the file and click the small "i" on the right side of the file. Go down to access permissions and set all of them to read write and execute. Exit and go back to zenonia.
