I'm wondering if there was a system wide video playback speed controller which allowed videos to be played at an increased speed. I'm asking because i need something like the Video Pace jailbreak tweak for iOS which sped up video ads on iOS, but i need it on android. Any help is appreciated

Will there be one for android or is it not possible?
