If u did still getting the same error then just logout from instafollow and login in instagram wait 10 to 15 minx and login with that account in instafollow try to follow it will work for sure if it doesnt work then delete instafollow and reinstall the app Delete the app and reinstall it will work

Its disabled by instagram try again this account after few days maybe it will be reactive and add any other account to instafollow
